Forklifts
Forklift inspection and maintenance app for service teams
Forklift maintenance inspections on your phone: checklist, photos of faults and the customer’s signature. Share the finished PDF report with the customer from your phone before you leave the warehouse.
Forklift service means dozens of trucks at many customers, different power types and different inspection dates. Paper checklists get lost, and at the next visit nobody remembers what was replaced.
In Machine Manager every forklift has its own record: serial number, fleet number, documents and the full history of inspections and repairs. The app reminds you when the next inspection is coming up.
What to check during an inspection
- Forks – cracks, wear, straightness, locks
- Mast chains – elongation, lubrication, anchor pins
- Mast and carriage – rollers, guides, play
- Hydraulics – hoses and cylinders for leaks, oil level
- Service brake and parking brake
- Steering – play and operation
- Wheels and tyres – wear, damage, fixing
- Horn, lights, reversing alarm
- Seat belt and overhead guard
- Battery and charging or engine – fluid levels, leaks
- Data plate and load chart – legibility
- Lift, lower and tilt test
This form records maintenance carried out by the service company. It does not replace the statutory inspections required in your country.

Can I set up my own list of checks?+
Yes. You set the checklist per machine category, for example separately for electric and diesel trucks.
How much does it cost?+
The Starter plan is free for one technician and up to 15 machines. A team of up to 5 people: PLN 79 net per month.
